You can change your WealthManager Online Banking ID or PIN at any time by logging into your online banking session and clicking on the “Options” tab at the top of the page.
Under the “Modify Login Information” tab can choose a new WealthManager ID and a new WealthManager PIN and then click on “Submit”. Below you will find the new WealthManager ID and PIN Specifications required as well as some links to test your PIN strength.
WealthManager ID: IDs must be between 4 and 20 characters, consist of 1 or more letters, numbers are allowed. The following special characters are allowed: + _ % @ ! $ & * ~
WealthManager PIN: PIN must be between 8 and 15 characters, Alpha-Numeric-Special: Numbers, letters, special characters are required. The following special characters are allowed: + _ % @ ! $ & * ~
We have changed our PIN requirements to match the guidelines from the OCC (Office of the Comptroller of the Currency) and the FFIEC (Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council). PINs are now required to be an Alpha/Number/Special Character combination. To make this a more consistent PIN if necessary, choose a PIN of your liking and simply change the Number or Special Character each time a PIN update is required.
For example if the PIN you used is - SUNSHINE*1 - then each time you have to change it you can just increase the Number by one or change the Special Character.
